  I bought a computor from the Martell Staples in April 2017. I explained to the clerk that all I needed was a simple system to use mainly for a notebook and phone book. I was reluctantly pushed into a more expensive model than I wanted with the understanding that it came with word installed. What the clerk DIDN'T say is that word was installed on a one month trial and then proceeded to not work anymore. Bottom line is that the clerk lied to me at the time of sale. PLEASE do not waste any of your time or money at this store, they deserve to be closed down due to dishonesty and lack of service after the sale.
