  Shop owner was incredibly rude to us on our anniversary vacation. Told me, without having ever laid eyes on my clock, that I do not own a Seth Thomas kitchen clock because Seth Thomas never made a kitchen clock. Seth Thomas actually made several different styles of kitchen clocks, and I was trying to find out which I own. The owner called me a liar, then turned his back on me. We left, and will never go back. This man clearly does not know his industry, and needs to learn some manners.
